Meeting with the DG

On Friday, August 6th, our special guests were District 5130 Governor Jim Flamson and his wife, Kathy. Both are members and Past Presidents of the Rotary Club of Calistoga.

Jim and Kathy were in the area most of the week, meeting with several clubs and their boards. Above is a photo of DG Jim with President Bob at a reception that we co-hosted with the Mad River Rotary on Wednesday, August 4th.

It's been a long time, but ...

Here's a new post!

We're only a bit over nine months into the current Rotary Year, and Julie is finally our Club President. Actually, she's been serving in that capacity for the entire time (and doing a great job, I might add). Unfortunately, the Club Website has not kept pace, nor has the Sunrise Spirit.

However, as of this evening, Julie is getting the proper credit for her efforts at www.arcatasunrise.com.
